Group Tours Charges. Information regarding entry fees and charges applying to all individuals on General Information Page, also apply to groups(a group consists of a minimum of 10 paying visitors) We are a charity run completely by volunteers. Gardens are provided to us free by the generosity of owners. There are no group discounts.
Free entry. We do pride ourselves on providing good service and promise to extend to your group a friendly welcome and all possible assistance. Group Organisers and tour guides, as well as coach captains, are given free entry to all gardens if accompanying a group of 10 or more.
Forward Bookings. There is no necessity to book in advance for visits during Festival dates and times, however, we do prefer to know when to expect you. We run a Ticket and Sales office on the kerbside in Fitzroy St., Leura. (See map in our brochure, or copy a map from this website ~ Map Page ~. See Group Checkpoint on map.) We will assist you, give your group full colour Festival brochures and issue you with a Group Ticket / Tax Invoice / Receipt. This document will give you entry to all gardens you have paid for, and your driver will, of course, receive a brochure with a map and any directions as needed. Your Ticket / Receipt will be valid for all days of the Festival so that you may stay overnight and fit your garden visits into your programme as it suits your group
Visits outside Festival dates or times.
In 2010., the Festival welcomes groups during the two weeks before and two weeks after the Festival ie. 20th September -1st October and 11the October -22nd October. Three private gardens, including the two hectare property The Braes, will be available. Groups will be met by a guide on arrival in Leura, and escorted through the gardens. The cost is $20 per person; if the National Trust property Everglades is included please add $5 per person. Refreshments and light lunches are available at Everglades, but these need to be booked separately(call 02 47841938)
A group is a minimum of ten paying visitors; the tour leader and, if applicable, the Coach Captain are admitted free of charge.

Group Payment. During the Festival, tickets may be purchased at our Fitzroy Street HQ, using Visa or Mastercard. EFTPOS, however is not available. We would welcome a cheque for your group visit, and you may write your cheque on arrival, eliminating all possibility of payment for any no-show passengers. We do not accept vouchers without prior arrangement.
Visiting, say, three gardens of your choice, on the days to suit you, is all done with the use of the Group Ticket / Invoice / Receipt.
Gardens are all accessible to a drop off from your coach and turning spaces are there where you need them. Ask on arrival at Ticket Sales in Fitzroy St.

Disabled Access. Private gardens are not designed for wheelchair access, although, there are some gardens where a part inspection is possible with interesting views of the garden and scenery. We will assist in this regard; the person in the wheelchair enjoys free entry, and only the "pusher" pays. Please make arrangements prior to visit.
