The oak had been planted to provide summer shade and after it came down the garden was exposed to full sun. I set about redesigning and moving plants that could be moved. The bones of the original garden are still there, the pond and the rock work are recent additions as is the studio.

There are gorgeous peonies and a variety of flowering bulbs to admire as well as a beautiful cascading water feature.  

I have recently had some dogwoods removed from the front to allow in more sunlight which may require some more changes in time.
